Apex Jewelry Casting provides custom casting services based on the design files you submit. Because every order is custom-made, returns and refunds are limited to the conditions below.

  1. Custom Work Is Non-Returnable
    All castings, prints, and production services are custom-made to your file.
    For this reason, finished castings cannot be returned for a refund.
  2. File Responsibility
    We cast exactly what is uploaded.
    We are not responsible for design, thickness, structural issues, or functional problems inherent in your file.
  3. Defects or Production Issues
    If there is a clear casting or production error caused by us, we will review the piece and remake it at no charge.
    You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your casting and provide clear photos.
  4. Damage During Shipping
    All shipments are insured through Parcel Pro/UPS.
    If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim.
  5. Order Changes or Cancellations
    Orders cannot be canceled after the casting process has started.
    If printing or casting has begun, no refund is available.
  6. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
