Apex Jewelry Casting provides custom casting services based on the design files you submit. Because every order is custom-made, returns and refunds are limited to the conditions below.
- Custom Work Is Non-Returnable
All castings, prints, and production services are custom-made to your file.
For this reason, finished castings cannot be returned for a refund. - File Responsibility
We cast exactly what is uploaded.
We are not responsible for design, thickness, structural issues, or functional problems inherent in your file. - Defects or Production Issues
If there is a clear casting or production error caused by us, we will review the piece and remake it at no charge.
You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your casting and provide clear photos. - Damage During Shipping
All shipments are insured through Parcel Pro/UPS.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim. - Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after the casting process has started.
If printing or casting has begun, no refund is available. - Shipping Fees
